WHAT IS SIGMA PHI LABS?

Sigma Phi Labs is an interactive platform for young learners. Our platform allows for the exploration of real-life phenomena through interactive science simulations based on mathematical algorithms. Learners compare scenarios and analyze data, strengthening their observational skills.

Sigma Phi Labs integrates gamification elements such as immersive 3D environments, storytelling, and a scoring system that stimulates learners’ natural curiosity.

Meaningful Learning Activities

Sigma Phi Labs is designed to boost engagement in science exploration and understanding in a fun and immersive way. Our simulations motivate learners to explore scientific concepts (simple or complex) at their own pace period.

3D and Gamification

Learning in a 3-dimensional science laboratory setting allows learners to gain science experience in a real-world setting. This creates a familiarity with science settings and will motivate students to pursue science and engineering career paths. Our program focuses on the intrinsic motivation of learners.

Measure Impact Results

Students progress through levels in our program. Students will reach milestones throughout the program to ensure their understanding of science concepts. Each simulation has a “simulate” section where learners will manipulate settings to obtain results. After each simulation, takeaways will be measured with a quiz on science concepts.
